Hello Brothers and Sisters,

We wanted to make you aware that going forward, there is now coding in place in TIMES for when you work a triple and the next shift immediately following that triple would be your regularly scheduled shift. You would enter that in TIMES as leave with pay, and the code to input would be MRSS. Please note- it’s very important to submit your time sheet to your supervisor as soon as the pay period ends because not only do they have to approve it, but HR will need to verify this leave with pay which may result in your time sheet getting held up.

HR is in the process of going back through staff time sheets line by line dating back to 8/2/2022 when the current contract was ratified. This way any accruals needing to be restored to staff where they had to previously use accruals for this can be made whole.

We thank you for your patience. Your continued hard work and dedication during these challenging times is what keeps the agency running.

In Solidarity,
