number of responses which preceded the two occasions of non- contact, but
will not be credited with the three responses from non-standby status which
restored eligibility.
(e) The response payment will be made as a separate check not added to
base to be paid at the end of the season, but no later than June 15.
Article 52
Employee Identification
(a) Photographic Identification
Persons employed in the Operational Services Unit will be issued a non-
photographic identification card upon appointment. Such persons will be
issued photographic identification upon satisfactory completion of six
months of service.
(b) Non-Photographic Identification
Persons serving on a temporary basis will be issued an identification card
with their name, work location and other appropriate information. Such
persons having six or more months of service, or upon their completion of
six months of service, will be issued a photographic identification device.
(c) Employees shall carry their identification card while on duty.
Employees shall produce their identification card upon request and shall
surrender it upon discontinuation of employment.
(d) Lost or stolen identification cards shall be reported immediately. The
employee shall bear the cost of replacement.
(e) Department/agency procedures should exist to allow for replacement
of identification cards, at State expense, as a result of normal wear and tear
and in order to adequately reflect employee appearance and personal data.
Article 53
Printing of Agreement
The Civil Service Employees Association shall cause this Agreement to
be printed and shall furnish the State with a sufficient number of copies for
its use. The State agrees to provide each employee initially appointed on or
after the date of this Agreement a copy thereof as soon as practicable
following the employee’s first day of work. The cost of printing this
Agreement shall be shared equally by the State and CSEA.
